Why This Exists

After 12+ years in Singapore's social service sector, I kept noticing the same problems:

• •Practitioners tracking supervision hours in scattered Excel spreadsheets
• •Finding supervisors through word-of-mouth and cold emails to strangers
• •Manually filling SAC and SASW forms for accreditation

Small frictions. But they add up.

I thought: someone should build something to fix this.

Then I realized — I could be that someone.

Who Built This

I'm Nor Karno — a social service professional with experience at Beyond Social Services, People's Association, MUIS, and TWC2.

This isn't my first time building solutions for the sector. I've designed data dashboards for executive teams, led digital transformation projects, and helped build the LEAP Initiative app that served 300+ families.

How It Was Built

I designed this platform end-to-end — the user flows, database structure, compliance requirements, product decisions. For development, I used modern AI-assisted tools to accelerate the build.

Same approach I've applied throughout my career: whether it's Excel for dashboards, Tableau for analytics, or AI for development — use the best tools available to solve real problems faster.

The AI doesn't understand SAC accreditation rules or what frustrates a supervisee searching for their first supervisor. That took 12 years of being in the sector. The combination is what made it possible.

What This Isn't

This isn't a startup. I'm not raising funding. I'm not "disrupting" anything.

It's a contribution. A thank-you to a sector that's given me 12 years of purpose.

If it helps even a few practitioners spend less time on admin and more time on the work that matters — that's enough.
