1. About the Platform

OurPracticeCircle is a platform that:

• Helps social service professionals in Singapore find accredited clinical supervisors
• Facilitates connections between supervisors and supervisees
• Enables tracking of supervision hours for professional accreditation (SASW, SAC, SPS)
• Generates documentation for accreditation submissions

The Platform is provided as a free service and community contribution to the social service sector in Singapore.

2. Eligibility

To use this platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a social service professional or training to become one
• Provide accurate and truthful information about your credentials

3. Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false information about your professional credentials
• Use the platform to harass or abuse other users
• Log sessions that did not occur (fraudulent logging)
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

5. Professional Responsibility

No Verification of Credentials

While users self-declare their professional credentials, we do not independently verify this information. You are responsible for verifying a supervisor's credentials before engaging their services.

Accreditation Compliance

The platform generates documentation formatted to match SASW and SAC requirements. However, we do not guarantee acceptance by professional bodies. Verify current requirements with your professional body.

6. Fees and Payments

The platform is currently free to use. We do not charge fees for creating accounts, browsing, connecting, logging sessions, or exporting documentation.

Supervision fees are set by individual supervisors and paid directly between supervisor and supervisee. We do not process or take any cut of payments.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Information provided by other users is accurate
• Documentation will be accepted by professional bodies

8. Limitation of Liability

We are NOT liable for:

• Disputes between supervisors and supervisees
• Quality of supervision provided or received
• Payment disputes between users
• Decisions by professional bodies regarding your accreditation

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

We recommend exporting your records before deletion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, mediation, or the courts of Singapore.
