Transitioning from a student to a practitioner is one of the most challenging phases of a counseling career. I offer clinical supervision specifically designed for Master’s students who are passionate about working within the 'deep end' of mental health using an integrated model method. My practice is built on a foundation of supporting clients through: Serious Mental Illness (SMI): Navigating the nuances of Schizophrenia and Personality Disorders. Life-Stage Challenges: Supporting Dementia caregivers and those managing Neurodevelopmental conditions (ADHD/ASD). Common Mental Health: Advanced interventions for Chronic Anxiety and Treatment-Resistant Depression. In our supervision sessions, we won't just look at 'what' the client is doing, but 'why'—focusing on robust case conceptualization and the ethical dilemmas unique to the Singapore context. I am committed to nurturing the next generation of counselors to be both clinically sharp and deeply empathetic.
